Mission

The mission of Pegasus Farm is to maximize the potential of persons with disabilities to become independent, well-rounded, self-confident individuals by providing equine activities along with recreational, social and vocational support.

Who We Serve

Pegasus Farm now serves about 800 individuals with disabilities annually.

On a weekly basis more than 238 students participate in our therapeutic programming and at times there may be a list of people waiting for an opening in a class appropriate to their needs. In 2008, Pegasus Farm provided 9,688 client contact hours of service.

By age, we serve students from three to ninety, but 74% are between the ages of four and twenty.

Our program participants may have emotional, behavioral, cognitive or physical disorders or a combination.

Pegasus Farm serves residents of eight counties throughout Northeast Ohio.
